Melbourne to Ballarat race report

99km, up hill and 8 degrees, unfortunately that's the good news !
Bob Green jersey Beattie off 27 minutes raced like a Pro and was
dropped in similar fashion to Lance last week on last stretch of the
final hors category climb at 60km mark.

Dave Blake off 24 minutes road like a fat sprinter and was dropped
after delivering water bottles to the protected Green Jersey rider at the 44km mark.

David Kiwi Doyle off  the 15 minute mark worked flat out in a very
fast bunch of young talented riders that had slipped under the radar
of the Handicapper. Kiwi sensing somthing was wrong went back to help
scratch !

Tough day, lucky for all that the WIND is our friend.
